Join Maura, doula, chef, and founder of In Bloom Wellbeing, for an hour of nurturing support tailored for expectant mothers. This workshop includes practical tips for pregnancy well-being, an introduction to hypnobirthing techniques, a Doula Q&A, and a nourishing snack with herbal tea. Maura’s approach focuses on providing mother-centered care, creating a supportive environment where women can ask questions, explore relaxation techniques, and connect with their sense of strength. Whether you're seeking practical guidance, emotional reassurance, or simply a moment of peaceful reflection, this workshop is designed to meet you wherever you are on your pregnancy journey.

  • This workshop may be most useful for women who are 20+weeks pregnant or in the third trimester. If you are earlier in your pregnancy and you like to think / plan ahead, please join!

  • Yes! Partners are welcome to come along. Just make sure you get an extra ticket for your partner :)

  • Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your enthusiasm and questions to the table. Don't be shy. Maura will answer them to her best abilities.

  • If you're not local and wish to drive, we recommend leaving plenty of extra time to find parking. Any parking would most likely require a little walk down towards the riverside venue.
